A fairly non-descript issue. Batman gets super powers again and there's another dragon to fight. Seen it all before. The difference here is that it's all the result of an ancient magic spell.

Sometimes I wonder about Henry Boltinoff. Did he just sit down and crank these things out on a daily basis with scores of different lead characters through the years? Always so smoothly drawn and always at least worthy of a chuckle no matter how stale and obvious the gag.
