Again, from the stamp on the cover you can see that this issue came out in September. It's another very original story--at least as opposed to the monster of the issue type we had for so long in WF. Batman becomes an alien jailer to Superman and various other superheroes.

This Varsity Vic looks familiar. I think they were recycling one-page gag strips as well as GA and Aquaman.
