Whoa! A serious cover for a change. Another dull issue, though, burning off still more DANGER TRAIL as well as the inexplicably long-running DOVER AND CLOVER from MORE FUN COMICS. Green Arrow wins the dorkiest villain of the month award for The Octopus, one of about 600 villains with that name in comics, movies, radio and pulps through the years.
Am I the only one who thinks the splash page of the BATMAN story is a bit disingenious, considering Bats himself is also a millionaire detective?
