I remember fondly enjoying this issue's story of Superman's own young sidekick from its sixties reprint. Skyboy shows up out of the blue with super powers but Batman suspects he's up to something when he finds his fingerprints at crime scenes.
Although Bob and Jerry were both doing films, they also had a major television presence as did, of course, Gleason and Silvers. By this point, DC was banking a lot on its TV tie-ins.
