Yep. REALLY pushing that price point! Note the stamp on the cover, often placed on the op mag in a bundle to indicate arrival date. In this case, it shows early March of '61 as the on-sale date for this May-dated issue.
Superman and company don't seem to have any memory of it but you probably do. Yes, this is NOT the first time we've ended up with a super-powered Batwoman.
