I like the cover's colors but the illustration tells you literally nothing about how awesome this issue's lead story is! This is the oft-reprinted tale of Luthor and the Joker teaming up for the first time and it features Dick Sprang's genuinely creepy screwloose Joker! So here 'tis, in its entirety.
