Even kids reading this at the time probably figured out the identity of Lightning Man in just a couple of panels but this is still a good story, featuring the various international heroes, some of whom would reappear from time to time, right up to the present day.
Yet another new type of Super-signal.
No TOMAHAWK this month for some reason but the feature's replacement is pretty well in the same vein. We're not through with TOMAHAWK yet.
