It's apparent nobody showed Neal the story itself or he probably wouldn't have drawn a cover that had absolutely nothing to do with the insides. Inside, the action takes place entirely in space and on an alien planet. Batman does NOT appear. Plus it's drawn by Dillin and Giella. Talk about false advertising.
Jimmy has the uncanny ability to recognize faces of historical figures. For the record, as drawn here it doesn't even look that much like historical illustrations and paintings of the real life villain. Jimmy's just THAT good...and in his pajamas yet!
